My whole body feels tighter after a class and I feel great! I notice I use my thighs when sitting where I used to plop down!

It may sound silly, but simple things like being able to cut my toenails more easily!

Increased flexibility and mobility. Have lost 18 lbs over the past year and lost many inches. Body is firmer and more toned. Because this class is low impact, it does not create any joint problems like aerobics.

The stretching feels great and my flexibility has improved greatly. The core strengthening is hard but you feel and see the change. I look forward to the classes and find myself doing some of the stretches at work.
