SAY HELLO TO OUR CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS

“4 more weeks to go and I am feeling stronger.  I am noticing in my clothes, especially my pants, that I am getting more toned.  In the last week, I was able to hit 10,000 steps 3 times and also able to get to 2 callanetics sessions.  The coming week my ‘spare’ time will be a lot more limited but am planning to get to 2 sessions and we’ll see how my steps per day go.  As always I keep the water intake as a priority.  This is so much more than a challenge and is becoming a lifestyle now.  If this is what I get out of these 14 weeks then I have accomplished all that I need for a healthy now and future.  I’m sure Don would agree.  Cheers till next week!”

This was a good week for getting in the three exercise sessions. I really look forward to these exercise sessions and notice if I don't go that I don't feel as energetic. My weight is back up to 180 lbs but my I have noticed that my legs feel stronger and that my stomach is getting flatter. I can not say enough about how much better and stronger I feel. On Sunday I had to shovel out my step-mothers very large driveway and 200 feet of city sidewalk plus the large curving brick entry stairs and entry way from the front of the house. It was wet and heavy and to make matters worse it was slippery under foot because of the freezing rain from the night before. It was a strain however I came away none the worse for wear. In times past I would have had a sore back and arms after that and I am happy to say that this was not case this time. WOW is all I can say.
