Our Philosophy
All classes and workshops are intentionally kept small, creating an intimate, un-intimidating and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is welcome.
We strongly believe that fitness is not a fashion show, no special clothing required, no need to have your hair done or make up on!! As long as you are comfortable and can move freely is what truly matters. Health and Beauty are from within!!
Students work at their own pace according to their fitness levels, not age or gender.
The teacher can easily move from person to person ensuring safety, correct body positioning and technique, this also helps the teacher continually assess your fitness level and help you obtain your goals. No two people are alike or are treated as such!
After only a few classes, you will begin to feel and experience changes to your body creating a sense of well being, boosting confidence and improve your self esteem. This program is a transforming journey with benefits are truly endless.
New students are encouraged to attend an Introductory Workshop prior to joining a class. The Introductory Workshops introduce you to the teacher, phrasing and techniques, discovery of your fitness level and range of motion.
